“First impressions were “wow this thing is quick!” My boat would instantly get on step and topped out at 52mph with the 111mm nozzle insert. First trip out with the family fully loaded boat (coolers, food, fuel, 2 kids, a dog, etc) I was equally impressed; fast, nimble and beinng loaded up didn’t change a thing. I can haul a full load of people and gear now and I hardly even notice the extra weight. The adjustable trim nozzle took care of all my balance and porpoise problems. In the rapids of Hells Canyon/Snake/Salmon river I am in love with this boat all over again.
I have a lot more confidence in big water now. I can slow to a crawl mid rapid and go WOT to blast in-between wave trains to make a smooth run-up with a blip of the throttle with no-slip whatsoever this 852x pump never stops pushing me up the river.
